Are You an Empath?

An Empath can feel and take on other people's (both positive and negative) energies, and have an innate ability to intuitively feel and perceive others. We are emotional sponges and we have a higher sensitivity to outside stimuli such as sounds, crowds, and hectic environments.

Empaths have the intuitive gift of Clairempathy.

It can be hard to navigate as an Empath in today's world. When I first discovered that I was an Empath, I found it challenging to find information on the topic, as well as to connect with others who could assist me.

I have a private Facebook Group that connects Empaths, and those who have family members who are Empaths. If you are looking for more resources, or to connect with more like-minded people, consider joining: https://www.facebook.com/groups/EmpathandSpiritualAwakeningSelfHelpGroup/

Please contact me if I can be of assistance to you on your journey as an Empath.

You may wish to visit my Pinterest Board that is dedicated to the topic of Empaths.
