Empowerment Guidance Session

Power comes from being your (best aligned) self, standing your ground and doing what serves your highest good. To be "disempowered" means that you have given your power away to someone or something else: A person, a situation, or even to an event that has taken place around you.

Do you ever find yourself...

  • Regularly playing the victim, or thinking to yourself "poor me?"

  • Having a hard time forgiving and forgetting?

  • Making choices against your own intuition, or you ignore your intuition entirely?

  • Not speaking up, or choosing to stay silent and complicit with people and situations around you?

  • Procrastinating or choosing to not make a choice at all?

  • Putting the needs of others ahead of your own?

  • Staying in situations, friendships, or relationships that don’t fulfill you?

  • Waiting for permission to do that thing you really want to do?

Perhaps it is time to take steps to shift your awareness and figure out where you have given your power away to, and why,  as well as what healing modalities can assist you in reclaiming your power.

Request an Appointment: Appointments are available in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom. To arrange a session, please email: hello@amberbytner.com
