Reiki In-Person or Remote Healing Session

The term ‘reiki’ is derived from the Japanese words ‘rei’, meaning ‘universal’ and ‘kei’, meaning ‘life energy’. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing, that complements both conventional and holistic care approaches. . It  uses mindfulness techniques to help bring the body, mind and spirit back to harmony and balance. During a session, the practitioner transmits Universal Life Energy to the client. The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing. Reiki can be performed in-person or sent “long-distance” (remotely),  as a form of prayer. It can be administered to adults, children, animals and most anything. When a session takes place in-person, Reiki can be administered with the client lying down or seated in a chair.
