A Spiritual Awakening (also referred to as "Spiritual Ascension" or "Light Body Ascension") means waking up or evolving from your ego-self into your higher self. All of these It is an  inner evolution and expansion of the mind, heart, or soul. An awakening (or ascension) is a natural evolutionary process which involves the process of shedding the old self and experiencing an inner rebirth. It is about reaching new heights, raising your vibration and transcending old limiting habits, beliefs, mindsets, and ways of being.

The awakening process is not all love and light or crystals and spirit, as it is often accompanied by severe and shocking shifts that make us take a look at our shadow selves, and also result in what is called the Dark Night of the Soul. You may also find that you physically go through many physical symptoms. I myself  had many random and unexplained medical symptoms that western medicine doctors and specialists could never explain.
